West Flint Optimist Club Installation Banquet – Join Us October 2, 2025
The West Flint Optimist Club invites members, family, friends, and community supporters to join us as we celebrate the close of a successful year and look forward to an exciting future! Our 2025–2026 Installation Banquet will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at Ruggero’s Restaurant, 5311 Corunna Rd, Flint, MI 48532.
This annual event honors the accomplishments of the 2024–2025 Optimist Year while officially installing our incoming President, Secretary/Treasurer, and Board of Directors for the 2025–2026 Optimist Year. We honor our member chosen Optimist of the Year and the president’s choice for Most Helpful. It’s a wonderful evening of fellowship, celebration, and optimism for the year ahead.

- 5:30 PM – Cocktails & Conversation
- 6:10 PM – Welcome & Introductions
- 6:15 PM – Dinner Orders Taken
- 7:10 PM – Presentations Begin
Dinner Menu Options
Guests will enjoy a delicious dinner from Ruggero’s Restaurant with a choice of:
- Chicken Piccata
- New York Strip
- Lasagna (Regular, Deluxe, or Vegetarian)
- Salmon with Dill Sauce
