We had 16 for the Club Breakfast at 7:30 a.m. this morning at Valley’s Breakfast & Bistro, including a first-time guest – Tracy Allis of Blue Dog Realty (see photo) came in response to Cindy Sullivan’s invitation and enjoyed sharing the foolishness and frivolities of our fines. For example, Jeff Gauger, one of our new members, paid a fine for being “a Club member for all this time and not doing anything to promote international accord” (courtesy of Mic Goulet), but Jeff retaliated with a fine against “anybody picking on the new guy”.
Other news: Bill Hentgen discussed the upcoming exhibit of “Real Bodies” at Sloan, the Club will plan to assemble at least one full team for the Special Olympics Golf Fundraiser on August 6, and the “50/50 Progressive Pot” continues to grow to more than $420!
